    Whole wheat or rice pasta are healthier choices than regular pasta.  Watch for gluten if you are allergic, though.

    rice noodles are ok but watch they are full of carbs if you exercising everyday then you need carbs but if you are not eat veg and lots of friut and salad to fill you up

    I think it depends on the type, read the side panel on the pack, some are low in fat but very high in sodium
