      Because little girls are always hogging the bathroom!

        Because anatomically little boys are different - it takes longer generally to potty train a little boy due to the bladder sphincter which they become aware of later than little girls usually pointless trying to train them before 2 1/2  yrs whereas little girls 2 years.

            valR - the question says lil and potty which I took to mean little boys - I know this because I am paediatric trained. If you know otherwise let me know and I will ask the Consultant for you.
