I take Janumet which is a blend of Januvia and metformin, and have taken it for 10 years. My blood sugar levels are OK and I have no side effects.

My prescription for Janumet ( Sitagliptine/ chlorhydrateof metformin) was from the doctor, and I also take gliclazide 30mg and atorvastatin.
Hec, if your Dr won't prescribe it, you might be able to obtain it on-line from Canada though there is a risk with this owing to possibly impure products.

I'm right there with you. Make sure you get bloodwork done every once and a while. It does work well for me . I also take an extra metformin tablet , by doctor order . Be careful with the statin drug. I was told to take coenzyme q 10 supplement too. So far so good.

My A C marker went down from 9 to 7. Have lost 35 pounds over last two years too. Taking a lot of other supplements. Do feel better.
I agree Zorro,i have lost 5 kilo= 11 pounds,,i do not have an weight problem,,i do 30 to 40 laps of a 17 meter pool 4 days a week and 20 kilometer 5 days a week on a stationary bike.seems to be working for me..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

Its September 2014 nearly three and a half months since the incident and coincidentally the week of my link dads birthday. Im ready to give up the search and Im sick of being reminded daily of my failure. I tell myself that if I dont find it in the link next week Ill remove the alerts and move on.Then on Thursday September 18th an eBay listing link pops up.
