      I believe it can also be worms?  Not sure, but I think that I've heard that.

        He needs his anal sacs cleaned or he has worms.

          Yes, Colleen is right. A dog groomer will drain the anal glands for $5 or $10. Or have your Vet do it, but it'll be more expensive.

          i heard its because of something in the blood glands, maybe swelling, itching, like hemmorhoids?

              it may because it has a certain type of worm, i forget the name, i think tapeworms?... anyway it it trying to get them out, i would take him to the vet
