      Aspirate: to suck in or draw in; to remove fluid (etc) by suction; to follow (a consonant) with an audible puff of breath. From Webster’s New World Dictionary

        Aspirate -Medical  When your lungs fill with foreign matter Like if you barf while passed out . This happens with drug or alcohol overdose

          It means inhaling food or liquid or something down your trachea. This tends to happen with stroke patients when they are on their back.They vomit, then accidently inhale it.
