        thanks Volcane,this morning was diabolical!By 8.45 couldnt keep my eyes open,my throat felt like barbed wire as id gone through half my usual cigarette intake!Woke up 10.15 and was due to go out to see someone by 1!!By jingo ill sleep tonight!!
