how do I recover windows live mail from black and white screen problem
Uninstalled windows live essential for Mail and followed steps for reconfig of files, but still keep getting b&w screen and also have lost all history of my mail folders (hopefully still available in the temp folders ro restore when this problem is sorted). Created a guest account and windows live mail works fine. Please help
