    why am I getting messages that say, chat room is shutting down, when I never us chat room?

    if I am turning it (chat rm) on I'm not aware of it.  It also say that I'm using another computer, I only have one.

      Do you use a router? Is it password protected? If not, someone could be logging in via your router and using your internet.
