    Why does this dumb message about this  file keeps popping up when I launch Fire Fox , I don't want it '

      Looks like a toolbar you downloaded once that no longer works. Try right clicking on Edit and see the toolbars you have installed. Uncheck all the ones you are not using. This will stop the computer from trying to activate them.
