        A good place to start is with your conscience from a personal point of view. You can change your standards from your teachings and experience of life.

          The meaning of ethics is morality. This can vary according to differing rules of conduct i.e. christian ethic - ethic in a branch of philosophy - moral of correctness: The  ethics of his decision are doubtful. Also law and medical ethics.

            Anyone who is living - or needs to practice codes of ethics as a profession. Good question - I guess you mean who decides what is moral, or morality and who determines this? How long have you got?

            Ethics is the study of moral principals and is sometimes used interchangeably with morality, such as moral standards or ethical standards. I think that either is okay.
