I assume you mean a motorised scooter on a car learners.
Check with the transport authority but as they are different types of vehicles the answer may be no.
Check it out as if you do ride and get caught out you will do your learners and be back to square one.
I know why you asked because the holder of a open car licence can ride a scooter but a different set of rules may apply to learners.
