      When you're in the skype room make sure all the people you want on the call are added to the room, then just click the call button and everyone clicks the answer button. That's it.

        OK, I'm guessing you have it worked out. If you're using the free rooms, then you can have up to 25 people on the call. I've found that 20 is more the limit before there's issues with the call.
