            shades 1364 there is an old book called "Drink Your Troubles Away."  That book is more biological in a way.  It talks about what causes what diseases.  It is one of my bibles.  Also a good book is "How To Get Well" by Pavlo Airola.  There are many books out with biological answers.  Google dude.
