    The LCM (lowest common multiple) of 14 and 4 is 28.
    28 = 14 x 2
    28 = 4 x 7

    L.C.M of 4 & 14 is 28

    Explanation: 4 = 2 × 2

    14 = 2 × 7

    So, Least Common Multiple (LCM) =  Common Factor × Remaining factor

                                                                   = 2 × (7 × 2)

                                                                   = 28

    Hope this helped you to some extent.
