Is your computer hooked to your land line somehow? A computer should not affect a phone line if it's not hooked up to it. Call your phone company and make sure it's your computer. They may need to check your line or get you some sort of filter.

You should have Filters on your phone connections that s also your extensions your broadband company should have supplied them.
