      WHEN THE BATTER GETS A HIT OR REACHES BASE BY SOME MEANS THAT SCORES THE WINNING RUN IN THE BOTTOM OF THE 9TH INNING HE DOES NOT HAVE TO STAY ON BASE SO HE CAN WALK  OFF .ITS A BIG DEAL IT IS A GAME WINNIG PLAY
