There should be a button for change preferences.From there go to languages.

I just checked it out on my Tom Tom.
Touch the screen.Touch the "Change preferences" button. Touch the arrow in the bottom right corner 3 times.Touch 'Change languages'& scroll down to Polski.Hope that helps.
