you need to type in ask questions of Lawyers. I did and got lots of answers. But I would think, if someone is dead, they couldn't inherit any money. If your Uncle left a will , did he leave any money to a second person.? Then that person would inherit it, being next inline. I am not a lawyer, but it is my personal opinion. Connie1938
