ALL claim to be the best.

i think that you should just get white paint and steal teeth from the dentist because toothpaste and mouth washes would just make it worse!(you'll need dentures!)

Best to go to a dentist and get a tray like a very thin gumshield made. Fill this with bleaching gel and wear it at night for about a week. The gel you use should be no more than 10% carbamide peroxide. Some of the shop-bought products are much stronger and can damage tooth enamel.

ultrabrite cavity protecter it doesnt just prevent cavities it whitens teeth and also get listermint mouth wash i tried it and in 2 weeks my teeth are as white as heaven!
