      If you have Skyp installed you can. You can call cheaply to mobile and landline phones. Pick the subscription you would like.

        Sype is the only one thats free but the person who you are calling must be on Skype also

          You can use Google Talk also.It's free,and works pretty good.

            MagicJack is also free in North America for you to call FROM your computer...others will be charged, though, if they make calls TO you from their regular phone.  See MagicJack.com for lots of information.
