I voilated my probation for driving. my questions are I work as a selfemployed construction worker
my probation officer told me I couldnt work construction. until I found a part time job like Mcdonalds and I would have to work this part time job for 90 days, then just maybe on my days off he would let me work constructioin. I cant live on minumum wages.

Well, if you can get away with working with that construction crew, go for it.
If your probation officer said you can't work there I WOULDN'T.
If you get caught you'll be IN WORSE SHAPE than just having to work at Mickey D's for 90 days.
Tough it out. You got yourself into this mess, do what you need to do to get out of it.
