      You would probably need a Vet and a local anesthesia in order to remove a tool bar from your pet..(just kidding,couldn't help myself)

        I was going to suggest they get sent to me, at 79 I need all the help I can get and then some.

        Go to Contol Panel.


        At the bottom left, select 'uninstall a program'


        Locate the Item you want to get rid of, making sure that 'toolbar' is included in the name.


        Now select the item by clicking on it ONCE. Then go above the name column and 'uninstall'.
