    Help me with my e-mail. It does not work.

    First there another woman with the same e-mail address as mine.  I opened mine earlier this year. 


    Is that why I cannot open my e-mail address?

      You don't say what your provider is, but its probably windows mail, which is sensitive to security.  If its google mail, change your password.

        Yes, it may be the cause. Although it is usually impossible to create an account with a name that already exists. It would be better to contact the technical support of your e-mail service.
