Things like using the correct cuttlery or in the correct order, introducing yourself to someone by using both your names ie christian name and surname not introducing yourself as Mr or Mrs. so and so. But not calling the other by their christian name unless invited to, call them Mr or Mrs so and so. when eating bread or a bread roll at dinner break a piece off and put the whole piece in you mouth at once, not bite a piece off. Opening doors for females ( not that they all want you to these days) if you are male.giving your seat to females when there are not enough to go round. Curtsy to the queen if you the Australian Prime minister.( sorry Aussies coudn't resist that one).
