    How do I write a variance to allow a 6' fence

    The convenants in the HOA allows 5' foot fences.  However the Board allowed the six foot fence.  I need to write a variance and have the president sign the document allowing the homeowner to put in the six foot fence.

      You could try and ask the board for some guidance or a sample of such for ideas.
