It sounds to me like the beginnings of an eating disorder but I'm no expert. There could also be a medical condition not related to an eating disorder causing this. The only one who can tell you for sure is a doctor. See one as soon as possible. If you're young, speak to your mom or dad, Which ever one you feel the most comfortable talking to. Speak to anyone who can help you through this. Alone is not good when you're confused or scared.
