      For the same reason U.S.A. sells weapons in the middle east and elsewhere. (GREED)

        The U.S makes sure their weapons go to the right people. You don't see American weapons in the hands of Iran or terror organizations like Al Qaeda or Hizbullah or Hamas, unless they were stolen.
