    Umbriel they normaly come in drinks they act as ameal replacement they are alot of rubish

      dont bother with them you will end up what they call a yo yo diet you loose wieght and when you stop drinking the meal replacements you put on twice as much wieght eat healthy and exerice you will loose weight and keep it off
