      You might have a injury go and see a Doctor just to get it checked out you may have a bit of Artritus take codlver oil capsuls one a day but see what the doctor says first

        I do but I hauled $100 worth of groceries home in out little hand cart (full)... and my knees are still telling me and it's been 2 weeks.....
