      boil 1/4 c distilled water, add 3 T rosemary and 1 T lemon grass, turn off heat, steep until cool, and strain; add 1/4 c liquid Castile soap, 1/2 t jojoba oil, 2 T tea tree oil, and 1 t vanilla
