    I forget my password and the question asked is the bestmans last name at my wedding. I was there and KNOW who it was but it will not accept my answer. I need my password to access my email account!

    I cannot access my email account (Tamaratrapnell@yahoo.com) and I'm TRYING to get in to my account.  The main accout is under Jeffrey Jones but I should have MY OWN PASSWORD to my email.  I know the answer to the question:  What was the last name of bestman at your wedding?  however, the computer won't accept my answer.  HELP!  I'm NOT happy!

      This is not Yahoo but you should see somewhere "Forgot your password?".  Click on there and they will set you up again with a new password.  I'm just guessing, of course, but this is usually the way it works everywhere else.

        THis is not yahoo.. But perhaps this will help.... Try to capitalize, or take caps off, try without capital letters... I hope you did not miss spell it , that will be a nightmare.
