      Not where I live in NH. Call your Cable Company.

        I called my cable company this morning. A recording said, "Due to the high volume of calls,we cannot take your call." lol...

        Keep calling. Looks like other people in your area have the same problem

        In the future, try rebooting the box....(unplug it for about 10 sec. and plug it back int....)
