    Milligrams (mg) are used for weight (like with ounces and pounds) measurements; if by m.l.s. you mean milliliters (mL), which is a liquid measure (similar to fluid ounce, pint, quart) for volume, there is no direct 200mg = x mL conversion, because -- for instance -- 200mg of eider down duck feathers would have a lot more volume than 200mg of lead (although the weight would be the same). If by m.l.s. you mean mils (1/1000 of an inch), you would be evaluating a weight measurement against a length measurement, and again there would be no equivalency.
