    How to Indorse check to second person?

    Hi eddo, You sign the check on the back and also write "Pay to the order of ____"  That turns the check over to that person.  Then they sign it on the back.  Not many places takes checks like that.  Your bank would IF you had an account and enough money to cover it should it bounce.

    it isENDORSE and not indorse.


    if you are the payee of the check, endorse on the back exactly, not in capital letters by saying,'pay to the order of xyz and then sign as earlier mentioned. if you are well known to your bank, sometime they accept only your signature as endorsement.
