Try Glucosamine sulphide, Cod liver Oil & ghingko balova.
The medical profession frown on it, because you need no perscription & doesn't have to be got in a chemist shop. I have used it for 7 years now. One hip joint replaced & the other was diagnosed nearly as bad. NO PAINKILLERS etc needed. Neither a pain or an ache. I get mine from Healthspan in Jernsy ( Channel Isles ). Most chemists & health food shops stock it. It's terrific needing no pain killers etc. Thesse items build back the membrane between th joints. No friction, No pain no stiffness
