    Will seniors be given notice that their premiums will also rise with the COLA increase, thus negating the increase?

    The part a and b stats I found the other day were staggering estimates of increase by 2014.

    It isn't funny but ironic how people will think that they're getting a cost of living increase, but there is always some catch to trip up the joy in the works. Nothing is giving to the people in earnest anymore. I actually wonder about the shuffle with monies and who is really behind all of this mayhem. It's bigger than I can imagine.
