how long in advance do you have to cancel a holiday flat before you have to pay the full amount after you have paid an unreturnable deposit
we have booked a holiday flat for 4 weeks from 6th january to 6th february we paid £200 deposit we cancelled it onoctober 13th and the owner has told us if he cannot re let we will have the full amount to pay is he in his rights to ask for this
