Probably you should see if you can apply for another title. Some states allow you to put a rush on them for an added fee. That's about all you can do. Are you sure your state requires that? Titles are mostly relevant to vehicles that require registering. At some point in time, a mobile home falls outside that definition, especially with the requirements for them nowadays. In my state you are required to remove the tow hitch and axles, and then anchor it to the ground. They are usually sold by deed along with the land they are situated on.
