Hi, Leucorrhoea, commonly known as whites, refers to a whitish discharge from the female genitals and is an abnormal condition of the reproductive organs of women. It does not develop suddenly in an acute form. It denotes a devitalized and toxic condition of the system generally and the causes include improper life style, hormonal imbalance, improper hygienic situation, wound produced by itching, infections similar to bacterial and fungal, anemia and diseases similar to diabetes, menorrhagia etc. I suggest you to do a vaginal swab culture of the discharge and start appropriate antibiotics and vaginal creams in consultation with your gynecologist.
