      You would send a message to the seller begging to be let out of the agreement to buy. The seller, if he/she does not want to let you off the hook, can make a complaint to eBay and they can decide to take away your account so you can not break your agreement with a seller again. No more bidding for you.

        sBay will also block your IP address so you can't just go and make a new account.
