      I tenderize whether the stuff is healthy or not. I do some things that are worse.......

        It would be my thought that most  tenderizers are  overloaded with sodium  and /or contain MSG  Almost everyone needs to be conscientious of sodium intake.  MSG is monosodium glutamate.  (more sodium)
