Have you synced it to the elliptical? I know nothing about the elliptical or the wristband. That's just the thought I had. One has to talk to the other and a connection needs to be made. Does the wristband have a cord that attaches to the elliptical or is the wristband wireless? Wireless means it needs to be synced.
