      On the first Sunday in November at 2:00am. You set your clock back 1 hour.

        In Canada, Daylight Saving Time ends on November 6th this year, so you can turn your clocks back one hour before going to bed on Saturday night. It's probably the same in the USA.

            You change your clock anytime you want to or need to. The time is the one you change it the way Chelleanne told us. lol
