It is climate wise. More people from America are spending the winter Months from November to the end of May there.
It would seem that some ignore the warnings of the drug wars ongoing, even my own brother who spends an average of 5 months a year there. I tell him of my concerns with the thousands that have been killed and are being killed. It is not a safe place to go and put money in the Resorts that are generally owned by Cartels. Same as buying dope from them to me.
