        What is clotted cream and what do you use it for ? I am curious.

          you have it with scones and jam and the clotted cream its really yummie x

          whisk up some double cream then add a few drops of lemon juice....bobs your uncle....clotted cream...and you would use this for topping in chilli or have it with scones and jam
