Just the size of the notebook or laptop. A notebook is smaller than a laptop in dimensions. Nothing to do with the operating system. Best bet, go to Circuit City and have them show you.

thanks our circuit city went out of business. have to find one.
Any place that sells computers (other than Walmart, they know squat). Office Max if you have one could help.
