    how does fuel temp affect combustion

    does the combustion effect gas mileage or speed?

    It doesn't really they charge cool the mixture to get a maximum amount of air into the cylinder to aid combustion the denser the air the better the combustion the spark provides the ignition or the Compression itself in a Diesel engine . Fuel is cooled to stop it getting hot and igniting on it's return to the tank as far as I'm aware I could be wrong don't take this as gospel
