    I use a BACK BELT I purchased at Sports Authority. They are used for lifting weights but gives my lower back lots of support when I'm on my feet.


    Its always good to take 800 Milligrams (prescription strength) of Ibuprofen every four hours to relieve pain and lower inflammation.
