      You have 5 questions none of which we can answer. You have the wrong site for at least 4 of them. The fifth one might get an answer if you're lucky and someone happens along that knows the answer.

        Yeah, what Colleen said.  Did you even look at the other questions that are being asked around here and the answers that people are giving? 
        Please redirect your questions to the entity to which they were intended.  You are welcome to ask "better" questions for the w/s and have a go at answering them.
        Don't be irritated that we aren't giving you answers.  The questions seriously are not appropriate for akaQA.
