do a awesome hairstyle then show it off to people and tell them that you could do the same to them if they like.

You need to advertise.Put a sign out front of your shop,out front of your house,on you car anywhere that people can see it.Offer some specials,like haircuts for 5 bucks or something.

When things got quiet in my business years ago I had some flyers printed up & had the kids help me to hand deliver them to mail boxes all around our suburb.It worked & we were busy in no time.

Remember to say :- 1) Who you are,

                                     2) What you do,

                                     3) How to find you,on all your advertising.
